Pilates with Teresa
Weekday mornings in Fellowship Hall; days and times vary
Teresa Maldonado Marchok’s 30 years of dance, Pilates, and Physical Therapy experience inform her integrated approach to the art and science of helping people find ease and joy in movement. Teresa founded the Pilates program through the Stanford University School of Medicine’s Health Improvement Program and served as a principal instructor and lecturer for two decades. Meditation Class

Learn to meditate with Sandy Roos. A psychotherapist for over 25 years, Sandy says meditation “helps us learn how to relax our nervous systems. We all carry so much tension and stress; meditation is a proven way to build in a sense of calm and well-being.”

We will be seated in chairs for this class. Wear comfortable clothing. No equipment is needed. No sign-up is needed - attend when it works with your schedule.
